Haibao is the mascot of the 2010 Shanghai Expo in Shanghai, China. There were statues of him posted all over the expo, and, believe it or not, comic books, anime, and other merchandise.

History[]
Haibao first appeared on May 1, 2010 during the opening ceremony of the expo. He sprouted his own anime series and a rumor that Haibao was a copy of Gumby, and the designer said it was an original design and he has never heard of Gumby.
